Sydenham Storm Updates Teachers are currently writing progress reports which will go home on November 13th. Progress reports are a quick snapshot that focuses on learning skills and work habits. It shares initial progress towards curriculum expectations.

During the potential inclement weather months (roughly early November to early April), our transportation partner, Tri-Board Student Transportation Services (Tri-Board), works closely with their school bus companies to determine if it is safe to offer school transportation on inclement weather days.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day are held annually on September 30. This day invites us to engage intentionally in learning about the Residential School System, and the true history of relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada.

Our Terry Fox campaign continues, and we need your support! The grade 5/6 class is selling milkshakes from Reid's Dairy to support Terry. The milkshakes will be delivered to the school on October 6th. You can purchase a milkshake on the School Day payment system.
